A Review....Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio Tour London.

Hey lovelies :)

Now way back in January 2012, I was lucky enough to book some tickets to go to the Harry Potter Studio's!

I booked the tickets for 4th July 2012, and wow, what an incredible day!

I unfortunately cannot like Harry Potter. I think JK Rowling writes incredible books, I think the films are made brilliantly, and I think all the actors within the movies are outstanding, just unfortunately it is not something I can like...and I really wish I could.

So without really reading any of the books, and with only seeing the first film, off I went.
I went with my Mum and sister (two huge Harry Potter fans) and I had just an amazing day, I feel like I can't even translate it into words on here how much I enjoyed it!

The facts:

- Well all your general information can be found here at their website: www.wbstudiotour.co.uk
- The car park is huge, you will have no issue at finding a spot to park.
- The whole tour is flat apart from one occasion where it is a tad up hill but even though it is a slight incline, it is still a smooth one!
- It is easily accessible for children, wheelchair users, adults, people who cannot stand for long, there are plenty of seats dotted around.
- You don't walk around with a tour guide the whole time. They take you into the first room, and then you are left to do your own thing. There are tour guides however throughout the whole tour who are more than happy to tell you anything you want to know...and trust me there is nothing they do not know. Their knowledge is incredible!
- The tickets cost between £21.50-£29 for 5 year olds to adults. All ticketing information and prices are at this webpage.
- There are toilets within the tour.
- You can go around it completely at your own pace, there is no time limit in the sections.
- It was suggested to take 3 hours to complete the tour if you really go slowly around it. We were in it for 5 hours, and we didn't go slowly, we just absorbed everything. It really is a well worth your money trip.
- It is situated north of London.
- There are plenty of opportunities to take videos and photographs all the way through, I think I took just over 500!

My Review:
Well as I am sure you can probably guess by now, I cannot suggest you go here enough!
- If you like Harry Potter, if you don't, if you are interested in how films are put together or if you just want to have a taste of butter beer...there will be something here for you!
- As I said earlier, I just can't like it, and therefore I don't know too much about the characters and films, but I just loved it, I would go back in a second, and I didn't want to leave!
- The gift shop is fully stocked with all things Harry Potter, wands, sweets, postcards, cloaks, glasses...you name it, it will have it. But do ensure you save your money up, because it really is not a cheap gift shop!
- Ensure you save your camera battery up and have enough room on your memory cards as you will be astounded by how many photographs you end up taking!
- Yes, it costs a lot, but the cost is very much reflected by what you are getting when you go. You learn so many secrets of the films. You see real sets, costumes, you are actually in the rooms where they recorded the movies! You will be so surprised and amazed by things you see.
- It was a fantastic day out which nearly a year on we all still speak about!
- It was easy to get to, very quick link from the motorway and we are not familiar of the area at all!

I will post some (LOADS) of my pictures underneath my writing now, so if you don't want to see anything or have any spoilers then look away! I have tried to keep them so they don't reveal too much!

Let me know if you intend to go here or if you have already been?!

I would love to hear your experiences of it!

Thanks for reading,
Until the next time,

A Review: Soap and Glory - Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick

Hey guys!

I bought this product in February and man alive. I. Love. It! I got it in the colour plum jam.

I got it from Boots when there was a 3 for 2 soap and glory offer on as I am sure you are all aware, soap and glory isn't the cheapest of brands but when you do manage to get your hands on it, what a treat!

The basics:
- It is from Boots and can be bought in all stores or found here online.
- It costs £8 for one.
- Boots very frequently have 3 for 2 offers on all soap and glory items, and that offer is currently on as I write this post!
- It comes in 5 different shades - nudist, fushia ristic, bashfull, raplumsel and plum jam.

My review:
- I love it!
- It applies so nicely to your lips and feels very moisturising when doing so.
- The colour pigmentation is fantastic and one quick swoop around the lips is all it needs!
- It goes onto your lips very smoothly and if you haven't used this crayon/chubby stick type of applicator before, it really does just make life of applying lipstick that much easier!
- It gives your lips a strong colour and also adds a little gloss to them.
- It isn't over fragrant but has a weak vanilla scent!

So would I recommend you buy it? YES YES YES! If you like quality, long lasting both on the lip and in the package, great pigmentation lip product this can easily be the one for you!

Have you tried this before?
What did you think?

See you soon,

Quick Drink......A Skittles Milkshake

Now I don't know about you? But I have been a massive fan of milkshakes and milkshake parlors for years and I am very pleased that more and more chain parlors are opening up and down the country!

The list of flavours you can make is unbelievable, there is without a doubt something for every palate!

I am going to show you in this post how to make my favourite one: The Skittles Milkshake!

And as I am sure you can imagine all you need is:

- Milk

- Vanilla Ice Cream

- Skittles

- A Mixer or Blender

Step 1: Pour half of your skittles packet into a blender or a jug. I use a Pyrex glass measuring jug as it is what my mixer fits into. The hand mixers like this work fine, however, a proper blender definitely does the job quicker and more efficiently!

Step 2: Add in your ice cream! Now this is entirely up to you how much you want in, the more you add the thicker and creamier it becomes. I put in 2 large scoops of a desert spoon which usually it fine, but occasionally I add in more later!

Step 3: Time to add in your milk! And again, this is all down to your personal preference to how milky and runny you like it, I add enough milk to hit the 300ml mark in my jug. If you don't add enough the first time, you can always add more later!

Step 4: Turn on your blender or put in your hand mixer and blast it until you can't hear the skittles crunching any more and until everything is blended up together and encoroprated nicely. The longer you do it for the more frothy and airy your milkshake will be. Do it for at least one minute though.

This is also the stage where you can decide whether you want more milk/icecream if so add it in and mix it some more!

Step 5 (the best step): Pour it into a glass and ENJOY!

So that is that! Delightful homemade milkshakes, quick, easy and tasty at home!

Let me know if you try this and post some snaps for me to see!
Do you make your own fancy milkshakes?
What is your favourite flavour to have?!

Until next time,

Hello....again!

Well hello blogging world.

Yes, you are not dreaming....finally I am doing a post!

I have to apologise for my lack of anything blogging related lately. I have been absolutely drowning in school work, so many deadlines and pieces to be done, I study a course from home, so there always seems to be far much more to do as I have no tutor, teacher or lecturer telling what's what! I am nearing the end ...for now though, so hopefully I will be able to get a few more blog posts up!

Even though I haven't been blogging myself for too long, I have really missed doing it! I haven't even been reading other people's blogs! After spending countless hours on my laptop doing research and essays, I just cannot face spending any more time seeing the screen...I'm sure you have all experienced that too?!

Anyway how are you all?

Is there any blogging news I should be knowing about?

We have a sunny day today! Hallelujah, when will actual summer finally come?! What is the weather like where you are?!

Feel free to post a comment, about your thoughts/experiences from this post. I love to read what you think and I'll be sure to reply to every comment! :) xox
